Plans and Billing
Dynasort has a free plan and three paid plans. Every plan ranks all four surfaces: collections, product options, search results and recommendations. Plans differ in capacity and speed, never in which features you get.

Prices are in USD and billed through Shopify every 30 days. There are no usage fees, per-order fees or overage charges.
The Demo plan
Section titled “The Demo plan”The Demo plan is free for as long as you want it. It is the right fit for a small catalog, or for trying Dynasort on a couple of collections before you commit. It runs the same ranking engine, the same recipes and the same analytics as the paid plans, with lower limits.
If you were on the Demo plan when it was briefly retired in mid 2026, nothing changes for you: your plan, your limits and your price carry on.
What a serve is
Section titled “What a serve is”A serve is one delivery of Dynasort-ranked results to a shopper: a search results page, a recommendations row, or a post-purchase offer. Collection sorting is not counted; it is covered by your collection limit and re-sort schedule. Serving allowances reset on the first of each calendar month (UTC). If you go over, nothing switches off. Dynasort emails you once a month with an upgrade suggestion, and the Plans page shows a usage meter.
Free trials
Section titled “Free trials”Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You pay nothing today; Shopify charges you only after the trial ends. Uninstall at any point before that and there is no charge. If you upgrade during a trial, the remaining trial days carry over to the new plan.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”Open Plans in the app and choose a plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect immediately too, so if you are above the lower plan’s limits you will be asked to trim collections or recipes before they process again.
Moving between plans never deletes anything: recipes, collection settings, pins and analytics all stay in place.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing runs through Shopify and stops with your Shopify billing cycle. There are no cancellation steps on our side.
If you reinstall later, Dynasort asks you to pick a plan again. You can choose the Demo plan or start a fresh trial on a paid plan.
